We at Doc Deazy Dezigns want you to be entirely satisfied with your purchase. If there is an issue with your order, we are here to assist you.

Eligibility:
Items may be returned if they were incorrectly supplied, received in the wrong size or color, have minor defects, or if there was an error on our part.
Please note that returns must be requested within 1 week of purchase.

Process:

Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with the necessary instructions.

Return Condition:
Returned items must be in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
We reserve the right to refuse returns if the item has been used, damaged, or altered.

Return Shipping:

Doc Deazy is not responsible for lost or damaged packages during return transit.

Refunds and Exchanges:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund or exchange.
If the return is approved, a refund will be processed via EFT.
Exchanges will be subject to availability.
